Kaloridagbok + app for iPhone and iPad

Kaloridagbok (Calorie Diary) is the app for those who want full control over their food intake, whether you want to lose weight, maintain it, or gain weight. With Kaloridagbok, you get access to over 25,000 Norwegian food items!

You can either search for the food item or scan the barcode. Then you choose the quantity you want to add to a meal.

Kaloridagbok provides you with an overview of the following:

Calories
Carbohydrates, sugars
Fat, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat
Protein
Dietary fiber
Salt
The app stores your nutrient intake in the Apple Health app.

The app was developed in Norway, primarily as a tool for myself - now I see that it can be useful for others as well.

Purchasing Kaloridagbok Premium:

To access Premium functionality in Kaloridagbok, you need to subscribe to an annual or monthly subscription. This subscription is called "Premium Kaloridagbok."

• Once the purchase is confirmed by you, your iTunes account will be charged xx NOK annually.

• The subscription will automatically renew unless you actively turn it off in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• The subscription will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the amount will be the same.

• You can turn off auto-renewal of the subscription at any time from your devices account settings.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
